First, Bill Gates Turns his Attention to Controlling the Weather, and now this: 'Cloud ship' scheme to deflect the sun's rays is favorite to cut global warming.
What we are talking about here is a bunch of naval vessels affixed with giant smokestack-like chimneys; these ships then simply travel the world's oceans, spewing more and more artificially-created cloud-cover out of their chimneys in an effort to help reverse the effects of climate change/global warming.
Supporters claim that the artificially-created clouds could deflect 1-2% of the sun's rays.
