There is No First Amendment Without a Second Amendment

There is No First Amendment Without a Second Amendment: "... the first Americans won their independence from England with the force of arms.

It was, in fact, a British effort in 1775 to confiscate military arms they believed were stored in Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts that sparked the war.

The Founding Fathers were so aware of the need for an armed citizenry that, after ensuring freedom of religion, speech, press and the right to peacefully assemble in the First Amendment, the Second guaranteed their right to bear arms.

Wherever authoritarian regimes were established in the last century, they took away this right and then proceeded to kill those deemed enemies of the state..."

  1. Durning WW2, Japan had plans to invade the lower 48 states, but their planners were worried about all the Americans that owned guns would fight back, and so..
I wonder today about these crazy-ass gun banning cults (yes, cults) that want to BAN all guns in America, I wonder if they are getting most of their money from froeign governments who hate the USA and want to BAN all guns in America, to possibly plan to invade America.

  2. I mentioned recently referenced George Washington in my Quote of the Week "Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth."

All comments on this blog are moderated, meaning they don't appear until approved by me. So, when your comment doesn't appear immediately, *DO NOT* throw a hissy-fit and assume I'm refusing negative comments (yes, it really happened). I approve pretty much everything that isn't obvious SPAM, negative or not, and I promise you that will include your hissy-fit comments, accusing me of a grand conspiracy to squash dissenting ideas (also really happened). The result, of course, being that you will look like a fool, and the rest of us will laugh heartily at your stupidity.
